NIKE Basketball will run 4 basketball camps in Nashville, TN this summer.  The first two camps will be held at Hendersonville First Baptist (HFB) in Hendersonville, TN and will run June 25-June 29, 2012 and the second camp from July 9-July13, 2012.  The 3rd Nashville camp will be a Girl's Camp that will run from July 16-July 20, 2012 at Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA).  The 4th Nashville Camp will run from July 23-July 27, 2012 at Christ Presbyterian Academy.  All Nashville camps will be directed by our Tennessee Director and Christ Presbyterian Academy Head Coach Drew Maddux

Drew Maddux first started working with Elite Hoops in 2009 as a Camp Co-Director.  Over the first 2 years, Maddux helped co-direct four of our NIKE camps in Nashville.  In 2011, he directed three Elite Hoops NIKE Basketball Camps in Tennessee as well as our Tennessee Skill Development Training Clinics. This year, he'll direct all four of our Nashville NIKE Camps.

For the past six years, Maddux has been the Head Coach at Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA) in Nashville.  In those six years, Maddux has a combined record of 163-39, while being ranked in the Top 10 each of those seasons. In 2008 and 2009, Maddux lead his team to the Region 5AA Championship. In 2008, he was also named the NBCA Coach of the Year. This season, he lead to Lions to their first ever State Championship and finished the season and impressive 37-2.

These camps will focus on individual skill improvement with our morning skill stations and afternoon 3 on 3 league.  Each camper will also play in one 5 on 5 game and participate in our Living by Numbers contests each day.  This camp is a perfect way to prepare for your school, church, rec or AAU season. All NIKE basketball camps maintain a player to coach ratio of 8:1 and are staffed by high school and collegiate coaches as well as collegiate players.

These camps have limited spaces and are for ages 8-15 (entering grades 3rd-9th). The camp fee is $260 per player. This camp sold out last year so make sure to register early.  Each player will receive a NIKE camp Tshirt, NIKE yearbook, NIKE camp certificate, and a hand written evaluation from the coaching staff.

Camp times are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-12pm. Camp concludes Friday with an awards ceremony that begins around 11:45am. Lunch will not be provided, but a concession stand will be available with pizza, snacks and drinks.
