Elite Hoops Hall of Famer and former South Gwinnett High School standout, Louis Williams, is projected to start at point guard during the 2009-2010 season for the Philadelphia 76ers. This news comes after the Sixers did not re-sign veteran point guard Andre Miller in the offseason.
